I lingered longingly over these oolong leaves – the honeyed aroma was intoxicating. baked apples just pulled from the oven and drizzled with honey came to mind upon first sip. this “scarlet honey” medium oxidized and roasted oolong from @dachi_tea_co is a must steep for autumn.
